We are happy to announce that Atlassian has acquired our VertygoSLA add-on for JIRA. The VertygoSLA features you love are now embedded within Atlassian’s latest product: JIRA Service Desk.

JIRA Service Desk makes use of the VertygoSLA technology to add Service Level Agreements within JIRA, allowing teams to track their progress in real time, prioritize actions, report on their performance, and much more! Check out how it can help you power up your IT Service Desk teams in video.

Since October 2nd 2013, new VertygoSLA licenses are no longer offered for sale.

Already a VertygoSLA customer?

We have you covered. Two options are open to you:

  • Get a free license for JIRA Service Desk at the same user tier as your existing VertygoSLA license. See terms of the offer.
  • Keep using VertygoSLA as usual and renew your maintenance when needed, as far as October 2nd, 2015.

Valiantys will keep supporting the product until October 2nd, 2015.
