We’re proud of our Justice League of superheros at Valiantys – from our developers, account managers and consultants, we have a range of superpowers to provide our clients the best, all-encompassing services for their Atlassian tools and ultimately push their teamwork forward.
We like to highlight the work of our growing teams, so when it came time to interview the Content Manager, there was one teeny-tiny problem: I am the Content Manager. How am I supposed to interview myself?
I’m lucky that I’m part of a dynamic, creative and supportive marketing team that allows me to run with different ideas. So in fact, I did interview myself. Please ignore the over-sized Valiantys hoodie, it was the only extra we had in our office storage.
So there you have it – Content Manager vs. Content Manager. Essentially I manage the Valiantys blog, which includes gathering information from our Atlassian consultants across our 12 different international locations. It’s a fascinating subject to write about, and I really enjoy the relationships I’ve developed with the team.
I’m sending extra kudos to our Heads of Professional Services, who without their support and coordination it wouldn’t be possible to bring our Valiantys community the first-hand experience from our consultants, who are on the ground implementing a variety of use cases. Jira and Confluence also get kudos, as I use those tools to manage the editorial process for seamless collaboration between blog contributors across the globe.
While most of my work is international, I’m based in Toulouse, France at Valiantys’ headquarters. Although the company’s official language is English, we still speak a fair amount of French at the office. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun in our work too. I could tell you about the team-building events throughout the year, or some of the perks Valiantys offers employees; but quite simply, it’s a great group of people to work with. The Atlassian ecosystem’s growth means there are lot of directions for Valiantys’ marketing team, so it is certainly an exciting time to team up with us.
